DuraFlash™ 20-Year Warranty

Great Northern Building Products warrants its DuraFlash™ flashing products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship to the original purchaser for a period of 20 years from the date of purchase, including fading, discoloration or deterioration from the elements, with the following exceptions:

This warranty does not cover any product that was improperly installed, inadequately inspected after installation, improperly maintained, used outside of normal construction applications or otherwise used in any application for which it was not intended, or was subject to misuse, negligence, accident, or unauthorized modification or repair.

Great Northern Building Products will, at its option, replace, or provide credit for the purchase price for its DuraFlash™ flashing products deemed defective by Great Northern Building Products within the warranty period. Labor charges are excluded.

To make a warranty claim, contact Great Northern Building Products directly and provide the following information in writing: your name, address, phone number, date of purchase, application in which the product was used, an explanation of the defect, and conditions under which the product was used.

This warranty is not transferable. Great Northern Building Products DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTIBILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARE NOT RECOVERABLE UNDER THIS WARRANTY.
