DuraFlash™ 20-Year Warranty

P & G Solutions, Inc. (Mfg.) warrants it’s flashing products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship to the original purchaser for a period of 20 years from the date of purchase, including fading, discoloration or deterioration from the elements, with the following exceptions:

This warranty does not cover any product that was improperly installed, inadequately inspected after installation, improperly maintained, used outside of normal construction applications or otherwise used in any application for which it was not intended, or was subject to misuse, negligence, accident, or unauthorized modification or repair.

Mfg. will, at its option, replace, or give you credit for your purchase price for its flashing products deemed defective by DuraFlash, Inc. within the warranty period. Labor charges are excluded.

If something goes wrong, contact Mfg. directly. We will need, in writing, your name, address, phone number, date of purchase, application, an explanation of the defect, and conditions under which the product was used.

This warranty is not transferable. P & G Solutions, Inc. DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTIBILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARE NOT RECOVERABLE UNDER THIS WARRANTY.
